Kate Croft’s practise is built on the belief that the body is the physical manifestation of the mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. A life long journey in the healing arts has facilitated Kate’s unique ability to listen to and work with the body.
Kate blends many teaching techniques that enable her to intuitively navigate and respond to her client’s needs. A teacher and a student, Kate is passionate about healing and thrives on empowering people along their path to wellness.
